Ineke Hurkmans is Empowering women worldwide with Jump!

Ineke Hurkmans is the founder of Jump! and a consultant working in the area of organizational change. After 8 years of very rewarding and continuous work, she felt it was time to do something new and different herself.

Originally Jump! started January 2011 as a Dutch project. However, the success of Jump! has attracted requests to bring it to China and English speaking countries. This self-organizing, empowering project is available for all women and it is an economical and very effective way to be empowered.

Ineke Hurkmans guides long term change processes in a way that is very new and different. Her main field of interest and expertise is to create large group self-organizing processes that help align mission and behavior in the workplace.

A few of the principles she used as a starting point for this project were that it should be about women, about empowerment, about doing it yourself and about supporting rather than rivaling. And she wanted it to be about not giving feedback, advice or tips to each other. It was an intuitive and very effective process! She just followed the steps toward it, being very focused on her goal to give something to women in the world.

It is done in small groups with a maximum of 6 and the Jump Script is the main guideline for the process. The Script is a 7 step, easy to follow method to self empower and a coach or trainer is not needed. It is effective for Women of all ages, cultural backgrounds, countries, education and experience.
