Mynoo Blackbyrn is a seasoned entrepreneur with a track record of spotting unmet business needs and converting radical concepts into real businesses to fill the gap. She created a fast track incubator to accelerate the growth of small and medium sized businesses by providing specialized coaching, mentoring and connections.  As a result of this work many of the businesses doubled and tripled their income within months, while reducing costs and dramatically growing their profit margins. She has built 7 businesses in 5 sectors in 3 different countries and is highly experienced internationally through her work in the UK, Saudi Arabia, India, Singapore and Australia.

Mynoo Blackbyrn is a business leader and entrepreneur who started her career as an IT professional. She founded the Inspired Leaders Network, a community of inspired leaders from business and academia, as well as extraordinary innovators and inventors of technologies. She has designed and led leadership programs for Fortune 500 corporations including IBM, Microsoft, Barclays Bank, Camelot, The Royal Bank of Scotland and British Telecom. Her organization has transformed the world we live in and has influenced such companies as Netscape, MP3, online banking, and lastminute.com.

Whilst maintaining her stronghold in leadership she produced 15 feature films: 5 English, 3 Tamil and 7 Bollywood films.  Her film Red Mercury launched at the Montreal Film Festival and won many awards for its original screenplay and best actor and actress awards for Stockard Channing and Pete Postlethwaite.  Her most recent screenplay was bought by actor Will Smith’s production company and is now being developed by Columbia Pictures.
